Enigma Console
The Enigma Console is the primary web interface for accessing Enigma business data and managing your account. Use it to search and explore businesses, build segments and lists, enrich records, exchange files, test API queries, and configure your organization's settings.
What you can do
Explore and analyze data
- Search for businesses - Look up specific brands, legal entities, or persons and view detailed profiles
- Build targeted lead lists - Define business segments using filters and generate lists for export
- Enrich customer lists - Upload your data and append Enigma attributes to enrich your records
- Test API queries - Use the built-in API Playground to run GraphQL queries interactively
Manage your account
- Manage your team - Invite members, assign roles, and control access permissions
- Configure file exchange - Connect S3 or SFTP storage for batch data workflows
- Set up single sign-on - Enable SAML authentication with your identity provider
- Manage workspaces - Organize users and API keys into separate workspaces (Enterprise)
- Billing and usage - View your plan, monitor credit usage, and manage invoices
- Access your API keys - Retrieve credentials for programmatic access
- Update your profile - Change your name, password, or organization settings
Navigating Settings
Click the account menu in the top-right corner of the Console and select Settings. The Settings area has a sidebar organized into three groups:

Throughout this documentation, navigation instructions use the format Settings > Group > Page (for example, Settings > Account > API Keys).
API keys
Your API key is required for all programmatic access to Enigma APIs.
- Navigate to Settings > Account > API Keys.
- Your API keys are listed on this page. Click the copy icon to copy a key.
Enterprise users with workspaces may have multiple API keys scoped to specific workspaces. See Workspaces for details.

Update your profile
- Navigate to Settings > Account > Preferences.
- Update your first and last name in the Personal info section.
- To change your password, click the Change password button in the Security section.
